The company has an opening for the position of Distribution Sales Representative-Intern in our Lumumba office in Lusaka. The successful candidate will report to the Distribution Manager and the role is an opportunity to gain experience in the Water & Energy segments. The successful candidate will have the following attributes: -
- Minimum Diploma in Water Engineering
- Must have a good working knowledge of MS Office
- A self-starter, energetic and go-getter who can work without close supervision
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A driver's license will be an added advantage
- Must be Patient, Persistent, aggressive sellers and achievers in their profession
The expectation is that the incumbent will develop skills that enable them to,
- Improve their knowledge in market development
- Enhance their skills in product expansion
- Manage monthly sales budgets and targets
- Gain exposure to wide rage of products supplied by Davis & Shirtliff
The successful candidates will be exposed to a dedicated team working in a highly integrated sales and distribution environment and develop vital skills.
